I've had quite a few colonoscopies and this is the best one I have ever ever had. The staff was very very accommodating. Very thoughtful. Very caring. The experience was something I had not experienced previously. I'm 78 years old and I've been having colonoscopies since I was in my early '50s and after the colonoscopies previously, I haven't felt well for 3 to 6 months afterwards. This one was outstanding and I am glad that I won't have to go back unless something happens. Thank you for your care and thank your staff for the very caring and polite, thoughtful and considered modesty. Thank you again.

I have been seen Dr. Siddaiah since he came to Kitsap county in the 90’s. He’s always very thorough whether it’s colonoscopy or endoscopy, which I have had both with him. In my personal experience with him, he’s been very compassionate and caring.
I’ve had 2 appointments with Dr. Siddaiah including the most recent endoscopy. He is a clear communicator and, as a result of this procedure, am very confident in his care. I’ll be following his advice for surgery and recommend his care for others.

I really love how my Dr. knew everything about my medical record she even asked about my recent visit to er and the issue I was facing and she was very detailed answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and made me feel like she was a very active participant in my healthcare which is not the case with most other providers I have encountered! Michelle Hendricks in Tacoma is the greatest!The girls at the front counter are awesome too, they seen I was out of breath asked if I needed anything and gave me water I really can not say anything but great things here!

I have been going here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. I've seen 3 two Dr.s and now Sharon Barker and still have completely satisfied with my care.
The best experience I had doing a GI procedure. Dr. Lai is an outstanding Gastroenterolist, not only for his expertise but for his kindness and excellent bedside manners as well. His team was excellent and very patient. I can't recommend him enough. I am a physician, and I trust him with my and my family's life, which is not easy for us physicians to feel.

She explained how the procedure worked very clear to me i did not see her after the procedure but then the person that was there explained to me the results and handed it to me and they were all nice.
