Asked if I had any questions during each step. Dr. Tan spoke to me about my previous procedure results. After this current procedure he explained the results and biopsy sent to the lab for results. Paul had a challenging time to get my veins to pop up but he persisted and got it the first time- a real pro. The anesthesiologist explained the medication she was using. Asked me several questions and asked me if I had any questions. She warned me about a slight burning sensation and boom I was out. I recommended this office to triwest and told them you all rock."

"Ok , let me clear all the people in the front and the appointment areas were very nice. Dr. Lee was very understanding, but offered no recourse as to what I could do to take for an alternative of go lightly. As someone who’s had medical problems for years, my stomach was destroyed. Taking go lightly or trying alternatives as in. MiraLAX and Gatorade Gatorade all I did was throw up for two days and and have diarrhea for two days. I do not see an alternative to having this procedure unless they come up with something that will help people with. Problematic stomachs."

"I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. I went to see Dr. Gulati about 1 thing but talked about and left with a plan about another thing! The most disappointing part was that because we ended up talking about the other thing (and never went back to the 1st thing) is that he wanted me to get an endoscopy (which i was fine with) but he is so booked up, its not for 4 months, leaving now both issues to be on hold for quite some time! He is a very kind and considerate Dr. with great bedside manners! I would totally recommend him!"

"Dr.Leung saved my life. I was having debilitating issues for 10+ years that other doctors brushed off and ignored. I mentioned these symptoms to him and he took me seriously. He was the first doctor to ever (in my entire life) listen to me and try to help. He did blood tests and an endoscopy and discovered exactly what was wrong with me. If I hadn’t made the appointment to see him, I would’ve lived a short and painful life. Now, my life expectancy is much like anyone else’s, all because he listened and cared. Yes, his appointments are booked out. There’s a reason. If you’re debating about whether or not to make the appointment and wait the few months to see him…this is your sign to do it. Dr.Leung, you are my hero. Thank you for saving me."

"Dr. Sugar and his staff were so amazing, friendly and professional! My procedure went very well and quick, thanks to them. Funny thing, I told the anesthesiologist nurse that was a bit nauseous and she said don't worry the medicine will help. She gave me the medication and the next thing later I was awake and I was done with my procedure. When the nurse came up to me and said your done and I contact your family, I said no wait a minute, you guys are not done yet, I'm just waiting for the medicine to kick in. He said, nope your all done! I even questioned Dr. Sugar too when he came in and said everything went well, lolol! Thank you so much!"

The nurse was very friendly also and made me laugh when she asked do I drink, and I replied no. So she said not even for holidays, I replied no. Afterwards I laughed because it was funny. Then my doctor, Michelle Hendrickx came in and we talked about my health like we were two close friends concerned about what we were talking about. Michelle and Dr. Holderman are the Bess at what they do. He is kind and compassionate about his patients and when he does my procedures, I feel very confident in him and the entire staff at Waldron Endoscopy Center. "Only issue washabo.g to wait months for the schedule to allow me to get the procedure due to the merger of two practices. But once the wheels started turning, it all went well. Doctor Siddaiah was very approachable and easy to talk with in the pre-meeting, and beore sending off to never-never land for proceure. He also came by to talk post-procedure, nice. Staff were efficient and easy to deal with getting prepped. Nurse Anesthetist was very good, reassuring, told what was going to happen, A+ for her. "On my first visit to see GI after a very long hospital stay, I saw Dr Lee. Prior to meeting with him he had thoroughly reviewed records. None of the hospital staff nor radiology had instructed us on care of feeding tube. Dr Lee did educate and show us on how to care for the feeding tube and prevent accidental dislodging. Was patient in answering questions regarding health issues as to what related to his speciality."
