Fassil graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from the Central Texas College. He received a Bachelor Degree in Clinical Health Sciences from the University of Washington. Mr. Belay completed the MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Training Program at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
