Reviews
Great job. Good communication.
Extremely professional and down to earth.
Thank you. Lovely visit with a knowledgeable physician. Appointment started right on time.
My prep tech, Brian, was great! As we visited I discovered that he is related to the parents of a couple of my former students. The colonoscopy was quick and painless—the last thing I remember was being told by my anesthesiologist that I’d be “drifting off” in 10 seconds or less. Then I was being awakened in the recovery room. Dr Huang had talked with me before the procedure and he came in and explained the findings before I was wheeled out of Recovery. WAGI staff were excellent in communicating the pre-procedure steps and answering my questions ahead of time as well as following up afterwards. The worst part was having to spend so much time in the bathroom as a result of drinking the seemingly never ending prep solution (it actually didn’t taste too bad) the day before and the morning of my scheduled appointment.
Dr Huang and his team are very professional and caring. I don’t know how you can make a colonoscopy enjoyable, but this team made the process very comfortable for me.😁
