My interaction with over 90% of the folks at Washington gastrology was great. Several of their physicians assistants were the ones that I interacted with. Best.. I have to admit that I will not return because of the physician that was assigned to my case. I'm sure for basic care he's fine but he never did figure out what my issue was and I had to go elsewhere. This was after over 2 years of coming to see them.
Very friendly staff, updated with all that was happening up to and through procedure. Very professional!

Everything from the moment I arrived until I was leaving went great and I cannot think of anything that would have made my appointment better.
Basically, Dr. Moussan came in said hello with a big smile and cracked a joke which made me crack a smile. I knew that I am in good hands. Saw him again on the other side, the smile was back, he explained what he did, but as i was not in any receptive state, flew over my head, the explanation I mean.

Everyone was very nice from the receptionist to the nurses, the Dr. and all who assisted through the process. I love how they all communicate exactly what is or will be happening. They all made a very much needed but nerve racking procedure much easier. This is why I chose to return.
Dr. Moussan and the entire staff at Washington Gastroenterology in the Puyallup Clinic was very polite and professional. My procedure went extremely fast and I have never felt more cared for.
You all could write the book on customer service and kindness from start to finish. We had quite the experience. We left plenty early for my appointment as we live pretty far out. We got part way in and the power was out. No traffic lights and traffic was at a crawl. Panic rose. I knew I would be super late and was not wanting to go through the process at home the night before anytime soon. I had been up since 4 am, I was thirsty and just anxious. I called in and they said they had power and not to worry. They gave me a call back after 20 minutes and assured me all was well. We arrived and everything just click. Everyone did their part well and made me very comfortable. Thank you...Thank you...Thank you.

From the moment of check-in to discharge, the whole process was flawless! The nurses were respectfully attentive. I was informed by the anesthesiologist what to expect. The Dr. kept me informed throughout the whole process. Just a pleasant experience.

I have had several colonoscopies & an Upper GI Endoscopy (EGD) by Dr. Moussan. These procedures were performed in different locations. Dr. Moussan and his staffs are excellent!!! From reception to recovery - all wonderful. I highly recommend them. PS - Dr. Moussan has great “bedside manner” and explains everything very well both before & after the procedure.

I would definitely recommend Dr Moussan. Very professional and great at making sure you’re ready for your procedure. Also all the other members of his team were friendly, kind, and funny. They all seemed to enjoy each others company. Which made it an even better experience. we will definitely return for all future procedures

The Washington Gastroenterology department located in the Sunrise Village, Puyallup made you feel welcomed and at ease. Very clean and spacious area. Check in was easy. Wait time short. You were taken into a small room for the initial admission of vital signs and telling of procedures. Doctor at that time also came in and introduced himself. Once done and in procedure room each person introduced themself and told what they were going to do. Making you at ease even more. You woke up in recovery where the nurse was there and then the doctor came in to tell of results. Privacy is good from beginning to end.
The communication was consistent and precise. Lots of reminders which I appreciate.
