I've had 3 appointments now, and my experience, is that all the staff, including Dr Doherty, are friendly and professional. Wait times were never excessive. Dr Doherty is very knowledgeable. Overall about as positive as a Dr's appointment can be.
Dr. Yana Parker and her staff are wonderful... I had yet another endoscopy, and everyone was wonderful, from the admitting person (who's name unfortunately I did not get); to Cheston, the pre-procedure nurse, who not only told me everything he was doing, but started an IV I didn't not feel, and assured my comfort; to Matt, the anesthesiologist, who addressed all that I might possibly experience while under anesthesia, and accompanied me to the procedure room, where the rest of the staff helped me into position, and Matt administered the anesthesia so delicately I was able to experience the brief relaxation into going under; to Mallory, the after-procedure/recovery nurse, who ensured I was comfortable, and made certain I was fully alert before I was released; to Dr. Yana Parker herself, who came in before the procedure, briefly discussed the procedure, and gave me a print-out of the results (so far) of the procedure, complete with photos.
Every visit I have had at the Silverdale office of Washington Gastroenterology has been wonderful, and everyone on the staff is superb! A+++!

Clinical service has always been top notch! From receptionist to nurses/attendants to the CNP/Doctors. Very professional.
Admin has sometimes been challenging- would get a call to schedule something due to a received referral, then call back only to be told no referral in system. Invest many calls to try to resolve before getting it straight.

Dr Siddaiah is an excellent health care provider. Kind, caring, and always shows honest concern for any probkem I may have. I would recommend Dr Siddaiah and his staff to anyone un need of a gastrologist. They're the best.
Just had my endoscopy, and had an amazing experience by the staff. I chose to do it unsedated, and that was obviously a little bit uncomfortable. I do want to mention that even though I refused anesthesia, I wasn't given numbing spray for my throat, so I was essentially just raw dogging the camera and tube, which probably made me gag more than necessary. So sorry about that.
I do have to say Dr. Yee is a great Doctor and person, I felt completely comfortable when we met in person and he and his staff were able to keep me calm during the procedure. I felt completely in control of my health plan, just great people all around. Would I want to do this procedure again? Not really, but if I had to I know this clinic would take really good care of me.

Attentive, courteous, and efficient
Dr. Tan made the experience of having a colonoscopy seem very painless. I recommend him 100%.
Only issue was having to wait months for the schedule to allow me to get the procedure due to the merger of two practices. But once the wheels started turning, it all went well. Doctor Siddaiah was very approachable and easy to talk with in the pre-meeting, and before sending off to never-never land for procdeure. He also came by to talk post-procedure, nice. Staff were efficient and easy to deal with getting prepped. Nurse Anesthetist was very good, reassuring, told what was going to happen, A+ for her. I've had some difficulty talking to somebody post-op about the pathology results, specifics on what was found, next steps.

Dr Parker has gone above and beyond to care for me. After months of terrible pain and weight loss, she diagnosed my UC. She has been diligent in finding the right treatment. She is accessible, smart and genuinely cares about the pain and other challenges of a serious GI disease. I can’t recommend her enough.
Excellent. She takes the time to listen and orders appropriate testing.
Dr Siddaiah is a truly caring doctor! I would give him my highest regards. He’s a rock star in my book!
Reception, nurses and doctors were all very friendly and efficient.
Facilities were neat and very clean. The lay staff was courteous and efficiently helpful.
When the clinic had a cancelation the office called me and were able to get me in the same day.
Dr. Doherty and the nursing/technical staff were wonderful. They answered any questions I had and kept me as comfortable as anyone can be during a scoping procedure.
I would recommend the practice for anyone needing endoscopy.

Always a pleasure to see Dr Siddaiah. He answers all of my questions and re-assures me when I have concerns.

I’d give any company who gives colonoscopies 5 stars if they could just make the prep less awful. Sigh. Dr.Rosenblatt does a great job though.
The procedure process, check in and staff were great! You’re sedated in a twilight and you don’t remember anything about the procedure.
I had a colonoscopy done recently and overall, the experience at the clinic was great. Dr. Manam was wonderful—very kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. He had a calm, down-to-earth demeanor that really helped put me at ease.
The nurses who attended me were also very kind and professional; I wish I could remember their names to thank them personally.
Unfortunately, the anesthesiologist, Paul, was the only downside. His bedside manner was rude and dismissive. When he asked if I had complications with anesthesia in the past, I began sharing two relevant incidents. His response was, “I’m not asking about your medical history—I’m asking if you’ve had complications,” which felt very insensitive. It was my first time undergoing this procedure and I was nervous. His tone and lack of compassion were disappointing, especially given the importance of reassurance in moments like that.
That said, everyone else at the clinic was amazing and I’m truly grateful for their care and professionalism.
