Effective December 1, 2026, the physicians and staff of the Silverdale location will no longer practice with Washington Gastroenterology. Washington Gastroenterology will continue to serve as the custodian of medical records for patients seen at WAGI Silverdale and shall maintain your records for the period required by applicable law. You may request a copy of your records in hard copy or electronic format or ask that they be sent to a provider of your choosing.
