Everything was great. I mean a colonoscopy is never fun, at least the prep isn't, but all the care I received from check in to release was great. Thank you all!
Only input is at no time to my knowledge I was reminded of what location my appointment was at. I made this appointment many months ago. I was planning on the Federal Way clinic but luckily I called and was told it was in Gig Harbor. Also didn’t know till I was there that I could have discussed my concerns “On Demand”.
Great staff . They are patient and listen to me concerns and explain things thoroughly. Dr. Donner is very professional and outstanding in every repect, and the process went smooth and pain free.
I just turned 50 and my doctor recommended me to get a check up. They got me on the schedule. Only had to wait 2 weeks which is really fast. They explained all the prep step by step. Day of I only had to wait 15 minutes in the waiting area before being called back. The facility is extremely clean and the staff was amazing. Total exame was 25 minutes. Fast results. I really felt that they cared. If you want the best experience from health care I highly recommend this facility.

Dr Charles Donner was kind and direct about the procedure and time it would take. Also the nurses explained everything ,asked if I had any questions and answered promptly.
Everyone from checking me in to dismissal were very friendly, helpful and respectful. I love Dr. Donner, he's always friendly, funny at times and that relaxes me. I dread this procedure, especially the prep! But I am glad to have it done and he removed a polyp. Thank you to everyone!!!
Had colonoscopy and endoscopy performed by Dr. Donner and his team in Feb 2025. Great staff. Everyone was nice and professional. This was the third time I've seen Dr. Donner and all three times were a positive experience.

Doc comes in, introduced himself, and got right down to business. Very professional, very upfront and easy to communicate with. Great experience all around.
