Dr. Schwartz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital and completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Schwartz also completed Advanced Endoscopic training at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

My experience was excellent! From the pleasant staff at the Check In, to the excellent Preparation Nurses, to the Surgical Nurses and Dr Schwartz, and the Post-Check Out, they were all so organized, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and completed the process in less than two hours!
I was contacted early the next day with a follow-up phone call. This was important because I had a few questions that were responded to immediately.
My test results were great and I'm 100% satisfied with the entire process!

Everyone at the facility had great bedside manner. Cheerful, knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. Dr. Schwartz thoroughly explained the procedure before hand and the results afterward. The whole team was fast efficient and friendly. I highly recommend.

It was easy. They are prepared. I really like the print out I can read a couple days later when I am thinking more clearly. Thank you Dr. Schwartz and your well trained staff.
Dr. Darren Schwartz and staff are exceptional, extremely professional and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Dr. Schwartz provided all the info necessary for my procedure and explained the results in an easy to understand manner. He was punctual and efficient, making me feel like my concerns were truly valued. He followed up after the procedure, and I appreciated the prompt call with the pathology results.

Dr. Schwartz was informative, had a very pleasant demeanor, explained the process and provided me with a detailed explanation and report prior to discharge. Reception was good and a detailed explanation of the whole procedure and what to expect after the process was given clearly and to the point. It was my first time to do my colonoscopy.

Dr Swartz is always very detailed and understands what I’m going through and gives good advice when needed. Cares about you overall as a patient I always feel heard.
Great experience. Nobody wants to have colonoscope. But if you gotta,these folks do it right. Kind, thorough, considerate. Answer questions. As good as you'll find. Highly recommend.
