Dr. Yap trained at Columbia University’s Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, where he completed his Residency in Internal Medicine. He finished his Fellowship training in Gastroenterology at Stanford University before moving to the Pacific Northwest.

Well considering… Dr. Yap is professional is friendly is efficient it was truly a great experience! All the crew is fun the nurses yeah I can’t say enough good things. I’ve used them before with a different provider, but my daughter saw him and recommended Dr. Yap very highly, so that’s why I chose him. Glad I did. Thank you!
Informative, to the point, quick assessment of the issues. Doctor Yap made time in a very busy schedule for all of my appointments win other GI doctors have dismissed my symptoms as unimportant because of my age.
Dr. Yap is a congenial human and a good communicator. I like doctors who listen to concerns and who address those concerns. Dr. Yap fits perfectly into that subset.

Dr. Yap has been my gastroenterologist for many years. He is a wonderful doctor along with his team of nurses and anesthesiologist. I highly recommend him for anyone needing a gastroenterologist.
