I can't give a five because they are not perfect. They are very nice and seem to know what they are doing. I personally have had a few mishaps from someone's bad days. I would recommend them if you are in need of their services.
PA-C Kathryn Phillips reviewed my colonoscopy results with me and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The appointment did not feel rushed. I would definitely see her again.
5 starz for the doc steven i had a colonoscopy back like 2017 an am long overdue for another. Ive had a referal from my doctor for over a month now and have anegative 10 star for the one thats doing the scheduling. At least seems to b the same rep. 1st. over & over an hr to reach her. Then , let me put u on hold. 30 mins later let me put u on hold. 30 days of this. Now she thinks shes being cutesy an deliberately denying answering my number. Dont know about u but i have a job as a truck driver that requires me to work 14 hrs a day and a home life that requires the same. I dont have time to play games with a call center rep that gets her kicks by holding my life in her hands. Unfortunate becuz i had excellent care her and the doctors are superb. The call center directly and the rep ive been interacting with is your 1st line of customer service that is an infection that can spread throughout your organization by not handelin there buisness and using there power over another. My suggestion would b to replace it.

I am very happy with most of my experience with WaGii. But, I would have liked to have been warned that the Physical therapist that I was referred to was private pay only. No insurance taken
The motility RN, Wendy I believe was her name was amazing. She made the procedure, which I was a bit apprehensive about, a piece of cake. She was so kind and sweet and explained everything she was doing.
Very clean and comfortable environment for such a delicate procedure. The whole staff was professional and knowledgeable but friendly too. I also received my results quickly with thorough explanations of the pre- and postoperative self-care procedures. I will be returning there for all ordered screenings.
My experience was very plesant. I don't know what else to say. You people are very good at what you do. Making a person feel Safe.
The staff was so kind from start to finish. The explained what they were going to do, and made ypu feel as comfortable as a patient could be. I would totally recommend this place if any one asked me.

Dr. Arnold was going way over the top to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I've never had a "rush" vibe from him right from the start he took his time with me making sure I understand everything.
The staff in the hospital, all the nurses involved in the surgery were super helpful and they all went way beyond the expected.... thank you all you've done for me!

I had to have an invasive and embarrassing test at this location - woman that administered the test was wonderful, very considerate, and kind. Thank you!
