Excellent staff and professional care. This is the second time using this office and have been very happy with the care then give.
The team is amazing and the procedure was a breeze. At every step, starting at check in, I was made comfortable. It's a very personal experience and that was held in high respect by everyone I encountered. Each step was discussed and all answers were answered extensively. It was a great medical experience. My only complaint was with the prep information. I really felt that the video could be more informative in terms of the prep and expectations of the experience. I would have benefitted from a video about mixing instructions and product purchase list. The worst part was being unsure about the prep. I did call the prep assistance line and after 5 calls, finally got connected with a fantastic assistant who gave me all of the information I needed and was exceedingly pleasant.
Dr Brown and his team made me feel at ease with the procedure and took great care of me. They made the whole process very easy to prepare for. Very helpful with the text alerting me of the steps that I needed to take days coming up to my appointment.

Dr. Garrick Brown and staff treated me courteously and with professionalism. Although I have not received my biopsy results yet, the colonoscopy was quick with little discomfort after the procedure.
The staff put me at ease and the process was simple.
For something so sensitive, it was amazingly comfortable. The entire process was much easier than days if old! Buy the clensing package-it is easy to swallow-literally!

Dr. Brown is a knowledgeable doctor. He explained procedures, courses of action and expectations with me and he did not rush through the visit. I recommend him as a doctor.
i have seen Dr. Brown for routine care for years. He is amazing. He listens, he is thorough, he handles any problems he finds, AND he and his staff put me at complete ease. He is personable and kind and so very caring. I would travel great distances to see him.
