My first appointment at this location and with Dr Sugar. This was not my first colonscopy, yet this experience was far superior than past procedures. Was very well taken care of, everything was explained in detail, was completely at ease. Highly recommend this location with Dr. Sugar

The procedure went well and the medical team were terrific. I only wish there was an explanation for my issue. 😀
Dr Sugar and his staff were extremely courteous and professional.
Excellent care! 10 gold stars from reception room to recovery room! I feel like I’m in goo

This has been my second visit with Dr sugar’s office and it was great the staff are very kind and inviting the environment was clean and cozy not to mention Dr sugar is an amazingly kind and caring provider he took the time to explain in detail my procedure and allowed me to ask questions on any concerns I may have had he made sure I was comfortable after procedure he asked several times to be sure I appreciated that just an amazing person from my first and second interaction with him and his staff thank you WAGI and Sugar 🥰♥️👍🏽😃
The Staff was very courteous and efficient. Dr Sugar came and explained the procedure, also checked on me in recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Sugar.
I had a great first appointment with Dr Sugar ! He listened to my comments about my disease, he was empathetic and understanding. He prescribed appropriate medication and thoroughly explained my treatment plan. Front office and nursing staff were pleasant, happy and professional. It was a perfect appointment. And they were on time too !
My whole experience was calm and satisfying. I was nervous ahead of time but I was in good hands and my nervousness disappeared. Thank you so much.
Very good Dr. and staff! Just the prep is still bad! Yucky tasting stuff!
First visit, was not looking forward to this appointment. Walk away great full for their professionalism.
See you in 10 years.

Very professional, explained process in depth, streamlined quick process in and out. Thank you
I had a smooth process with Dr Sugar. The one thing I would change is when they process you in the nurse assistant does not read the paperwork that we have to pre filled out.
Friendly staff, easy in and out and Dr Sugar was really easy to talk to, made me feel like talking to friend. I highly recommend.
From check in to post-op everyone was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
I’ve seen Dr. Sugar every year for the past ten years. I’m very high risk and it’s very important to have someone that I really trust. Dr Sugar and his team are always kind, attentive and supportive. I feel so blessed that I have then to help me navigate each procedure. Im a patient for life.
Nice folks, make you feel very comfortable. Lots of explanations of what's going on and what to expect. They keep you in mind, asking how you are and can they do or get things for you. Very clean offices and exam/ procedure rooms.
First off, I had drank something what I thought was about an hour or so before the procedure. That meant waiting an hour or going for it without anesthesia. I had no idea what it would feel like, but I regret not waiting. That said, Dr. Sugar and the others in the room were fantastic in helping me get through it. They were able to explain every step and continued to encourage me to hang in there. One thing about being awake was, I was able to watch the whole thing on the monitor. Kind of a weird, but cool thing to see your insides on TV. While they were great and I really appreciate how they helped me through it, next time, I'm getting the anesthesia. I would give 5 stars, but it hurt like hell.
