Dr. Philo is AMAZING! he has a way of making you feel calm & confident before a procedure. He also explains everything to you so you understand and never makes you feel rushed, checks in on you before procedure, on day of procedure. He has the best best bedside
Manner! The more I get to know him the more I like him and know I'm in very capable hands. I recommend Dr. Philo to anyone needing an AMAZING G.I.
Also, his whole team of nurses, anesthesiologist, people in the procedure/O.R. rooms are all so personable as well. I wouldn't go to another G.I. after seeing Dr. Philo!

The facilities and the staff are all fantastic. I will be recommending them to anybody who asks me. Although my rating is full stars, nothing is perfect and I think the prep instructions and prep materials need some work.
The prep kit provided (for an extra $40) was full of knock-off brand products I could've bought myself for MUCH cheaper and it made it so the prep instructions didn't match the items in the prep kit. I had to guess which items in the kit matched which instructions. For example: the instructions call for Dulcolax, but the kit provides "Easy2Go" which is similar to Miralax, but off the top of my head I have no idea if that is the same as Dulcolax or not. The instructions also call for 64 oz of Propel, but there was nothing even close to that in the kit. I struggled to even order the kit because the website you have to use is so confusing. Calling the phone number listed on the website sent me to someone who had no idea there even was a website. Yikes. And the link to chat with support just sends you to a loading screen that never finishes loading, so I was left to figure out the website on my own.
I think the folks at this office should sign themselves up for the prep part and go through all the instructions to figure out where people might get stuck because they don't understand. There are unnecessary pain-points that need to be worked out.
The office was very good about telling me that I could call them with any questions, but the person who answers that number doesn't actually know any of the answers. They just tell you someone will call back. Then you get a call from someone who probably has a billion other things they need to do and if you don't answer the call right away they just hang up and never call back, so my questions had to wait until I was right there in the office for my procedure. Thank goodness my wife is a nurse and she was able to step me through all of this and point me in the right direction.
I will definitely return to this office and Dr. Philo when I need their medical services again. There are too many great things about them to list here, so just trust me.

Medical staff were patient, kind, and accommodating. Dr. P was the best. Very uneventful procedure. Appreciate allowing me to keep shoes and socks on--my feet get very cold! Thank you, doc and staff for your care.
I hate any kind of procedures. I'm pretty sure Dr Philo knew this. He made sure I did not get anxious.
Dr. Philo is the best! He listens to you concerns, and takes the time to ensure you understand the treatment plan.
Thank you to Dr. Leonard philo for take care during the procedure.
All of the staff were very attentive and friendly. Was the first time I had met Dr Philo and he knew exactly my medical history. Spent time prior to procedure explaining everything. The nurses and Anesthetist were caring and made sure that I was comfortable. There never was a feeling of being rushed. The next morning a nurse called to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr Philo and WAGI.
Like most people I was hesitant and put off about having a colonoscopy. It's the smart and right thing to do, however anytime your butt/colon is involved with a procedure a certain amount of embarrassment sets in. I'm a 49 female and this was my first time. And I gotta tell you it was a total breeze. The prep with the clear drinks, jello and stool softeners aren't fun but this office is amazing, clean , open, inviting, private and the staff is wonderful and very professional. Dr. Philo explained, listened and answered all of my questions with a very pleasant demeanor. He was quite funny actually. Don't wait, worry, and be embarrassed about a colonoscopy get it done. It really does save lives.
Thank you to the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr.Philo.

Everything went smoothly. Just followed the directions, got a morning appointment and by noon it was just another day.
Dr Philo put me very much at ease and very positive. Wish he was doing my procedure but I'm going to Sunrise since it's only a few miles from my home
Excellent care, from front desk to nurses and doctor. Would recommend highly to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.
Great office! Dr. Philo explained my situation and gave me a confident plan of care, he explained and answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.
I was very very pleased with the results of my procedure, the professionalism and knowledge of my doctor and nurse. Outstanding communication and attentiveness. My anxieties were quickly put to rest. Outstanding medical attention. Dr Philip is an outstanding doctor.
Generally speaking the visit went well. Unfortunately due to some issues in the clinic my procedure went an hour late.
Dr. Philo and his staff were great. Every step of the procedure was clearly explained, and my comfort was a priority.
Fast and easy, down to earth
I had another great office visit. Dr. Philo is wonderful! He and his staff are helpful and kind, and they ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I am very grateful for all my healthcare team.
