I saw Dr. Philo only once when I had a scheduled appointment and my provider was not available.
Actually, Dr. Philo was VERY helpful with his suggestions on how to handle my digestive issues in combo with my post- gallbladder removal problems. It has taken a number of weeks for everything to settle down somewhat, but I appreciate his help very much. He took his time to explain, and I am better for it. I recommend him as a 9+ on a 10 pt. scale. Thank you Dr. Philo for your efforts.

Office very polite, helpful and friendly. Dr. Philo was very personable, thorough and easy to talk to. He countered the mainstream hype on a very popular medication and unapologetically gave his reasons for his take on the issue. He was right and it is working very well for me. I really like his style.
Best Doctor and staff around Western Washington. They made the worst procedure into a great day. 😊 Thank you
I had a positive interaction with Dr Philo and his staff they treated me wonderfully and they were very professional in every way I give them a five-star rating.
I’ve only been into the office for my initial visit, however so far I am extremely impressed with the facility and the staff!
Dr. Philo and staff were courteous and professional. Good experience, as far as colonoscopies go.
Professional, yet human in all the best ways. Dr. Philo did great work and is a great dude.
I appreciate Dr Leonard Philo and his staff. They made sure I was comfortable before my procedure started, and afterwards they were helpful.
Friendly staff beautiful facility and Dr Philo knows how to make his patient's feel informed and comfortable.
My deepest thanks to Dr Philo and all the staff, my visit was very relaxing and the atmosphere was pleasant and comforting! Hospital visits can sometimes lead to anxiety, but because of the staff and the environment I felt very calm! Again, my thanks to Dr Philo and all the staff! Great team!!!

Staff was professional, friendly, with good bedside manner.
The care was excellent, before, during, and after the procedure. The entire staff was very courteous and professional, and above all, very punctual. I was able to schedule other activities afterward. I am very satisfied with all the care I received.
Dr. Philo is AMAZING! he has a way of making you feel calm & confident before a procedure. He also explains everything to you so you understand and never makes you feel rushed, checks in on you before procedure, on day of procedure. He has the best best bedside
Manner! The more I get to know him the more I like him and know I'm in very capable hands. I recommend Dr. Philo to anyone needing an AMAZING G.I.
Also, his whole team of nurses, anesthesiologist, people in the procedure/O.R. rooms are all so personable as well. I wouldn't go to another G.I. after seeing Dr. Philo!

The facilities and the staff are all fantastic. I will be recommending them to anybody who asks me. Although my rating is full stars, nothing is perfect and I think the prep instructions and prep materials need some work.
The prep kit provided (for an extra $40) was full of knock-off brand products I could've bought myself for MUCH cheaper and it made it so the prep instructions didn't match the items in the prep kit. I had to guess which items in the kit matched which instructions. For example: the instructions call for Dulcolax, but the kit provides "Easy2Go" which is similar to Miralax, but off the top of my head I have no idea if that is the same as Dulcolax or not. The instructions also call for 64 oz of Propel, but there was nothing even close to that in the kit. I struggled to even order the kit because the website you have to use is so confusing. Calling the phone number listed on the website sent me to someone who had no idea there even was a website. Yikes. And the link to chat with support just sends you to a loading screen that never finishes loading, so I was left to figure out the website on my own.
I think the folks at this office should sign themselves up for the prep part and go through all the instructions to figure out where people might get stuck because they don't understand. There are unnecessary pain-points that need to be worked out.
The office was very good about telling me that I could call them with any questions, but the person who answers that number doesn't actually know any of the answers. They just tell you someone will call back. Then you get a call from someone who probably has a billion other things they need to do and if you don't answer the call right away they just hang up and never call back, so my questions had to wait until I was right there in the office for my procedure. Thank goodness my wife is a nurse and she was able to step me through all of this and point me in the right direction.
I will definitely return to this office and Dr. Philo when I need their medical services again. There are too many great things about them to list here, so just trust me.

Medical staff were patient, kind, and accommodating. Dr. P was the best. Very uneventful procedure. Appreciate allowing me to keep shoes and socks on--my feet get very cold! Thank you, doc and staff for your care.
I hate any kind of procedures. I'm pretty sure Dr Philo knew this. He made sure I did not get anxious.
Dr. Philo is the best! He listens to you concerns, and takes the time to ensure you understand the treatment plan.
Thank you to Dr. Leonard philo for take care during the procedure.
