Everything from the moment I arrived until I was leaving went great and I cannot think of anything that would have made my appointment better.
Everyone was very nice from the receptionist to the nurses, the Dr. and all who assisted through the process. I love how they all communicate exactly what is or will be happening. They all made a very much needed but nerve racking procedure much easier. This is why I chose to return.
Basically, Dr. Moussan came in said hello with a big smile and cracked a joke which made me crack a smile. I knew that I am in good hands. Saw him again on the other side, the smile was back, he explained what he did, but as i was not in any receptive state, flew over my head, the explanation I mean. Thank you Dr. Moussan, you made my day 😀.
Very friendly staff, updated with all that was happening up to and through procedure. Very professional!
