I'm very pleased with the procedure I had done at WAGI. This is my 3rd procedure, two priors were done when the organization was called Digestive Health Specialists. The physical plant is very pleasant and conveniently located and the staff are courteous, professional, and highly competent at all levels of the encounter. The process is smooth and streamlined like clockwork and I feel like I'm getting excellent care there.
Absolute best care. From check in through checkout I was made to feel comfortable in what could have been uncomfortable. I was well and accurately informed and treated with dignity! 10 stars!

So comfortable. I was so nervous and stressed going to my procedure but when I arrived, I felt so welcomed. Dr Agarwal came and talked to me, I was so relieved and relaxed, I was taken to the procedure room and the team was so welcoming. Best experience I ever had. I hope I will have them again next time.
The procedure was done well. The prep was a mixed up problem. My computer and wifi were down so I got a copy of instructions from the clinic. They were wrong. Instead of a two-day prep, the instructions I was given ordered a three-day or “extended prep”. It was miserable, unnecessarily prolonged.
I would recommend that front desk personnel be informed regarding colonoscopy instructions because not all patients have access to online material.

The only place that is professional than any other medical place that I have been to since living here for 2 years in the state of Washington. The staff was very nice, which is rare here.
