I had a gastroscopy today. The front desk, doctors and nurses here were very patient, thoughtful and professional, which made me feel not nervous or uneasy at all from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this hospital!
Went above and beyond in several ways. The first was saying they would listen to all my concerns. Next they heard my need and found a cancellation I could take with scheduling. Lastly they made sure I didn’t need to go back by hunting down an evasive test kit. Very kind considerate service from all of them.
The reception staff is quite efficient and personable. I met with a nurse practitioner and was very pleased with her competency and understanding of my situation. She made very good insightful observations and we had a course of action decided before I finished my appointment.
My appointment was information and she made an appointment for me in January for an endoscopy
Julie, the Telehealth nurse, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my situation.

Getting an appointment took months to get. I needed to switch my care from Swedish to Overlake. Enjoyed my doctor and hope making a appointment will be easier in future

My experience @WAGI was exceptional. I marvel at the level of customer service I found there. My doctor and her support staff were professional and caring. My only complaint is that when I went to their lab, it was inexplicably closed.

Staff was very attentive. I felt my PA was truly interested in better understanding my situation and helping think through next steps. I left feeling very informed.
