Lauren Feld, M.D.

Gastroenterologist

Board Certified in Gastroenterology

Dr. Feld partners with her patients to address any gastroenterology or hepatology issue, though she has a particular interest in hepatology (liver disease) care.

Why did you choose to specialize in gastroenterology?

I chose gastroenterology because it combines meaningful relationships with patients, fascinating physiology, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in patients’ quality of life. I enjoy caring for patients over time and seeing how improving digestive health can positively impact their overall well-being.

I also appreciate the unique balance of medicine and procedural care in gastroenterology. The ability to use procedures to diagnose, prevent, and treat disease allows me to directly impact patient outcomes while building lasting relationships with the people I care for.

What can patients expect when they visit your office?

When you visit my office, you can expect thoughtful, evidence-based care grounded in the latest medical advances and guidelines. I believe that excellent medicine is both a science and a relationship—your experience, concerns, and understanding of your own body are an essential part of that process. I take the time to listen, ask questions, and make sure you feel heard and cared for. My goal is to partner with you to understand your symptoms, explain your options clearly, and develop a treatment plan that is both medically sound and tailored for you.
