About Surosree Ganguli, M.D.
Dr. Ganguli earned her Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience at Vanderbilt University. She received her Doctor of Medicine at University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) in Memphis, TN. She completed her residency in internal medicine and pursued sub-specialty training in gastroenterology at the University of Louisville.
Why Gastroenterology?
I chose to specialize in gastroenterology because it allows me to diagnose and treat patients not only through clinical acumen but also to intervene with procedures that could provide immediate relief as well as prevent conditions such as colon cancer. I also love that I can help patients with a variety of conditions within this field, from irritable bowel syndrome to autoimmune conditions such as crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis to liver disease and much more.
What Can Patients Expect?
Patients can expect compassionate care, a commitment to delivering the highest standard of medical care, and a partnership in managing their gastrointestinal health for a better quality of life.
