My provider listened to me & providing me with a plan of care related to my symptoms & placed a the orders & will follow up with her after they are all completed. Her entire team was very supportive as well
I see Dr. Michelle Hendrix for 2 years, I look forward going to go to my appointments. She seems like going to visit a friend. She's very thorough with test I need to go. Her and Jordan basically saved my life. I needed Xifan which is $4000.00 each month, I had to change insurance because my copay w was $1200.00 per which NO WAY could I afford but I needed it, if I didn't take 2 pills per day. So between Michelle and Jordan worked diligent to get samples from sales rep. I really owe them my life. If they couldn't get for me to save my life and drive to Canada for. So know I have dual insurance as well as the extra care benefit all my meds have a copay of $0. Can't beat that! They are absolutely AMAZING. I could go on and but I think I've sumed up a small portion of what they've done It was a gift from God to be a patient of Wagi!!!

I'm happy with her personable attention to details.

From the time I checked in for my procedure I was handled with care and respect. The friendly competent nurses and staff care about the people they serve. I’m grateful to be one of them. I highly recommend Dr. Sugar who is an excellent doctor doing much-needed and much-appreciated work
5 starz for the superb doctors and staff. Im a former patient last colonoscopy 2016. Long overdue for another. Have a referal for another for over a month. Im a truck driver that works a 14 hr shift an a home life that requires the same. Dont know if its one call center that handles all the locations ir what. Specific to the auburn location. Negative 10 starz to the call ctr reps that cant handle there job. I dont have time to 1st wait an hr for an answer then 2 be put on hold 2 or 3 times in a call for an additional hr. When i expressed discomfort. Now they see my number an they dont even answer. Been goin on for over a month now. Nice of u to take your pwr and put my life on the line by your cutesy attitude and inability to do your job. Since this has been going on now for over a month i will mk my complaint as widespread as possible. My suggestion would b to beef it up or replace it. Doctors & staff. Thank you. Do something about the ones that cant handle there job.

I have had excellent care from WAGI over the years. Dr. Donner has been excellent and just had a follow up appt with ARNP
My visit with an RN went well. She explained the colonoscopy procedure to me. I know what to expect on the day of the procedure. She also explained the steps I needed to take to ensure that I am cleared for the procedure. It was a good meet and greet. I hope the procedure will go well.
Great follow up after the procedure. Excellent staff, clean and pleasant office environment. Dr. Sugar was thorough and confident, answered questions before and after the procedure.
Dr. Dale, his staff, and the anesthesiologist did an amazing job with my cholecystectomy! They handled me with grace and care before, during and after my operation. I would definitely recommend his office for care.
Never been here but cant seem to get thru to mk an appointment. Calls dropped over and over. Let me put u on a brief hold. 35 mins later i hang up. 0 starz for the call center. If u cant handle your buisness. Dont have one .
